Book in a Repair

Having some trouble with your Apple device, accessory or Beats product? You can book it in for repair at our Apple Authorised  Service Centre.

To book an appointment, follow the steps below:

  1. Click ‘Proceed with Booking’.
  2. Select your device from the list of products.
  3. Choose preferred date and time for your appointment.
  4. Please fill in your contact details and describe the problem in the ‘Suspected Issue’ field.
  5. Check your inbox for email confirmation.

Appointments are scheduled by time slots, therefore any late arrivals will not be guaranteed their appointment. iQ endeavour to carry out appointments in a timely manner.

In Store Training

Choose a 1 hour or 30 minute training session for a one-to-one lesson with a member of our training staff. We can help with any aspect of your Apple devices (not including third-party software or services).

Device and account set-ups/resets are included in this category.

Home Callouts

Choose a home callout for on-site assistance with account set-ups, troubleshooting, and general enquires about your Apple products. You may be contacted by our staff prior to the appointment to discuss details.

Please note that hardware service, systems upgrades/reinstalls and data transfers cannot be carried out during a home callout. We offer a collection and delivery service so these procedures can take place at our service centre in St Helier.

Prepare Your Device

If you are booking in your device for service (e.g. software reinstallation, repair or replacement), it is important to make some preparations.
