Choose a 1 hour or 30 minute training session for a one-to-one lesson with a member of our training staff. We can help with any aspect of your Apple devices (not including third-party software or services).

Device and account set-ups/resets are included in this category.


Choose a home callout for on-site assistance with account set-ups, troubleshooting, and general enquires about your Apple products. You may be contacted by our staff prior to the appointment to discuss details.

Please note that hardware service, systems upgrades/reinstalls and data transfers cannot be carried out during a home callout. We offer a collection and delivery service so these procedures can take place at our service centre in St Helier.

Technical Fault/Repair

Book a 15 minute Support Bar session for basic troubleshooting and diagnosis of your Apple device, done in-store with a member of our Support team. If the problem cannot be solved in 15 minutes, your device may be booked in for inspection or the session may be converted to a paid training session.

The free 15 minute session does not cover customer training or device and account set-ups/resets. A paid training session is required for these services.

Prepare Your Device

If you are booking in your device for service (e.g. software reinstallation, repair or replacement), it is important to make some preparations.
